Rob is an Emergency Medicine physician from Newburyport, Massachusetts. Originally from the Philadelphia area, he attended Colgate University for undergraduate. He graduated from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine before completing residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He has been an attending physician for Mass General Brigham Salem Hospital for the past 18 years. He has also completed a Fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound and spent years teaching critical care ultrasound all over the globe. He enjoys all outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, biking, open water swimming and stand-up paddle boarding.

Rob has a strong bond with the Mad River Valley community. He and his family have been coming to Sugarbush for decades. Rob and his wife Mary were married at Gatehouse, and their children participate in the Blazer Program.
