Patient Information

Three Peaks Medical Clinic Three Peaks Medical Clinic is a non-profit independent medical clinic located at the base of Sugarbush Ski Resort. Our clinic is staffed by volunteer providers board certified in either Orthopedic or Emergency Medicine. We treat medically stable orthopedic/traumatic injuries as well as basic medical complaints (sore throat, ear pain, flu-like illness).

Important Information

• Care is provided based upon the board training of our volunteer providers. Orthopedic providers may only treat orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions. Emergency providers may provide care for a wide spectrum of presenting complaints.

• We do not bill insurance.

• We do not charge for a provider evaluation. Donations are appreciated. We do charge a $30 Facility Fee.

• We do charge for any x-rays performed and/or durable medical equipment dispensed (i.e. crutches, knee immobilizers) along with some specific supplies utilized (i.e. laceration repair).

• The cost per x-ray is $175.00.

• Patients will be provided a CD of their x-ray.

• X-rays are interpreted by providers on-site only. There is no formal board-certified radiologist interpretation.

• Durable medical equipment will be charged at our cost only. Examples: (crutches, wrist splints, knee immobilizers) along with some specific supplies utilized (i.e. laceration repair).

• Patients will be provided a Health Care Finance Administration form at the end of visit. This may submitted to insurance for reimbursement of coded charges only.

• Patient is responsible for payment of services rendered at the time of discharge from the clinic.
